Returns and Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping at Pelegon! Here is some important information for you regarding our returns and refunds policy, that you should read prior to purchase of Products on our Online Store, and make sure that your are comfortable with these terms before your complete any purchase.
Please note that any capitalized terms used hereunder but not defined herein shall have the meaning assigned to them in the Terms of Use [link].
Return and Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 calendar days after receiving your item if you are not satisfied with the Product for any or no reason.
Return of Products purchased with Amazon "Buy With prime"
Any requests for returns of Products purchased using the Amazon "Buy with Prime" program, must be exclusively processed through your Amazon account, under Amazon's return and refund policies. Such purchases are not eligible for returns and refunds under this policy.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for the return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- you are the original purchaser of the product.
- you return the product in its original condition and package.
- the product package was not opened and the Product was not used.
- Supported by a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Return shipping is initiated within thirty (30) days of the original purchase.
- None of the exclusions listed below apply.
Please note that after 30 calendar days from your purchase, returns will not be accepted and/or refunded, and the shipping thereof shall not be borne by us.
Exclusions
The following Products are not eligible for returns and/or refunds, and may only be replaced subject to our Warranty [link] if eligible.
- Any products that may come into contact with bodily fluids are not eligible for return nor refund when opened. Products include but are not limited to bathroom safety, braces, mattresses, pads, and cushions. Any item that falls under one of these categories will be reviewed using a pre-determined set of formal requests and documentations before having the potential to qualify as returnable.
- Products Purchased on special sale.
- Products for which we specifically mention in the product page on the Online Store, that are not refundable.
- Consumable Products.
Return initiation
Before shipping any product intended for return, please act as follows:
To initiate a return, please call 1-800-880-4479 or email us at support@pelegon.com. In order for the return to be considered you may be asked to provide photos or videos to verify the condition of the product. Our expert team will review the request and if found eligible you will be issued with Return Authorization. Products sent back to us without the Return Authorization will not be accepted.
You shall be required to cover the cost of the return shipping label.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your returned Product. We will also notify you upon the approval or rejection of your refund based on the refund eligibility criteria specified above.
Only regular-priced products qualify for refunds; sale items are not eligible.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method used during the purchase.
If a return is not received by a carrier within 30 days after the issuance of Return Authorization we will consider the return to be delinquent and a refund will not be processed. We may, but are not obliged to, allow extensions in special circumstances subject to our sole discretion.
