No. These packs are strictly optimized for high-performance cold therapy only. Heating them in a microwave can damage the specialized freezing gel and ruin the outer leakproof lining.
For optimal performance, we recommend freezing the gel packs flat for at least 2 hours before use. Because they are highly durable refreezable ice packs for injuries, you can keep them stored permanently in your freezer so they are always ready for an emergency.
