We do not recommend using any ice pack for knee injuries overnight. To avoid frostbite or skin irritation, you should remain awake to monitor the cold therapy.
Does it restrict knee movement?
No. The flexible gel ice pack for knee therapy conforms perfectly to your joint's shape, allowing for a comfortable range of motion while walking or resting.
How long should I use the knee ice pack at a time?

Stays cold longer-term - adapts to contours of your knee - ordered this to have available in my freezer to ice my torn meniscus and arthritic knee. In my experience in dealing with my knee pain, icing seems to help me with the pain best due to numbing the area, and helping with swelling.
I have ordered other ice packs for the knee, but once they get warm, it takes awhile to get them cold enough to put back on my knee. In researching knee ice products, I can across this PELEGON knee ice wrap. What I really like was seeing how many gel packs came with it and that it is adjustable with the velcro strap.
Luckily, this arrived the day before I was to leave for a 7 day vacation that I knew would involve lots of walking. So my honest review, at least for me, is this knee wrap is fantastic. You insert the gel packs into the wrap and freeze. The inside material (gary) is very soft and velvet like feel. The gel packs contour to the knee, and I was able to tighten the straps for it to fit snuggly enough around my knee that it stayed put. If I would be walking faster, and wearing leggings, it would slip down a bit. But it was simply to pull it up and readjust it.
Very pleased with this and be able to add it to my rotation in keeping my knee iced. Highly recommend!
Edited to add that they offer a 3 year warranty on any defects in workmanship and materials. 3 years!

Well made wrap, great for after basketball - This ice wrap works great and it's great for rejuvenating you knees after game of basketball or football. The pack is very versatile and you can use it on other parts as well. Due to the design of the wrap, the ice packs stay cool for a long time. My kid had a fever and I was able to use one of the ice packs under a towel to cool her down. Like I said, many uses.

I would give this more stars if I could - This product is a godsend! Unfortunately, all the running and sports over the years took a bit of a toll on my knees. This is a wonderful set as you get a package of two. The ice packs work really well. 20 minutes easily does the trick and really helps alleviate knee pain. I even use the smaller ones when I have a headache across my forehead. The set is well made and is an excellent value for the price.

The only thing is that it doesn't fit as it should. I am a plus size lady, so it would need another 4 inches or more in order for it to fit perfectly. You might want to consider those of us plus size people. I use a different velcro strap in order to keep it on. Other than that I love it!
