You said it would fit all cars... I have a Hyndi Eleanor's Touring & it doesn't fit on either side

I purchased the Pelegon Car Cane for my mom, who’s been having a harder time getting in and out of the car lately. This little tool made an immediate difference. It locks firmly into the door latch and gives her a solid, comfortable handle to push up from without worrying about slipping. The grip feels secure, and it doesn’t scratch the car at all. She now keeps it in her handbag so she always has it with her. I’m really grateful for something so simple that gives her more confidence and independence.

The handles do not fit my car door properly . They don't feel steady to me and taking them off and on is inconvenient for me . I would like to return them. Can you please explain the process to me. So very happy with my toilet seat but these handles just aren't going to work for me
