VERY STURDY! - Tried another similar product but it was so wobbly. This one is excellent!! Just wish that the arms came out further to the front on an elongated toilet.
Really helps and easy to install! - When I saw the thin box from Amazon with the toilet assist device, I was hopeful that it would be what I needed. My husband installed it completely in a few hours with only one concern of moving the screws to a different position. The handrails are sturdy, but easy to hold because of the padding. Being 76 years old and recently experiencing a debilitating illness, I could no longer safely use the bathroom without assistance getting up and being unable to gradually sit down resulting in a sudden drop, which made me fearful of injury. My Occupational therapist recommended this to me to restore my confidence and independence and it has helped tremendously! One does not realize how important it is to complete personal tasks independently until they experience the loss. This has made my life much easier and allowed me more independence and increased my confidence. I highly recommend this product.
Top quality, sturdy rails - This toilet seat rails comes well packaged with bubble wrap encasing each piece of metal. The back of the box has a large customer service contact information printed directly on it. In addition you get a 10 page (English only) instruction manual.The pieces fit together by snapping into place with one of those buttons you compress that pops back out when it finds its opening.This is made of high quality material. Strong and sturdy parts that will easily support the weight of the person using these assistance rails.I think this quality is comparable to anything you’d receive from a doctor/ hospital supply.
Sturdy toilet rails - This toilet rail is super easy to assemble and attach. It is very sturdy, too. I like that it sort of hooks to the front of the toilet so it has four points of connection. It is also adjustable in several places. My only complaint is that I wish it was a bit wider. If you are bigger, this rail might not be wide enough for comfort.

Works great! - I bought the toilet safety rails for my elderly parents' bathroom and to replace an older raised portable toilet with arms. This is so much more compact and holds up well!The directions were excellent and it took less the 30 minutes.

Niagara toilet, back bar almost did not fit between the tank and the bolt holes for the seat. The first seat didn't fit at all. I got another seat and fastened it with one plastic bolt and one smaller metal bolt from my stash. It seems to be holding. We weigh 120 pounds or less. It's quite comfortable.
The connection on the front was a problem, I kept hitting my arm against it and sometimes it would bleed. Tapping the area didn't work well either. I had to remove it and still looking for another one that doesn't have that type of connection.
So easy to put together! Yet sturdy and secure.
I truly wish I had ordered these before I had a nasty fall and ended up in the hospital. They inspire so much confidence and a feeling of security. They have a very understated design compared to some other models out there. They are a must have . Im not that old but a muscle problem arose . If you dont have one . Trust me there will come a time when you wish you had it .

This was very easy to assemble and bolt to the toilet. It is helping me with my hip replacement surgery healing and especially with an elderly relative. There is so much less effort needed and getting up and down is so much easier. I would recommend this product to all folks to make one part of life easier.
Working out very well
I ordered the toilet safety rails and was promised you had hassle free returns. When I went to try and return them to Pelegon and was told it had to still be in its original packaging to get a refund So. Tell me how I’m suppose to know if it fits not being able to open the package, take them out and assemble the handles without getting them out and putting them together. I was specifically told in a Pelegon chat that you would return them with no problem. Well, this has become a problem. I spent close to $50 on these and it looks like I’m not gonna get my money back. I actually was going to order a walker and wanted to get an electric scooter since after 2 surgeries and darn near dying, I won’t ordering those products from you. Thanks for nothing.

I’v been trying to return the rails, as I have toilet seat that is soft close and the rails can not be adjusted properly.
Easy to assemble and very sturdy
I am mostly happy with this product. I was able to assemble it with minor difficulty. I would like the pieces that "clip" on to the toilet to be longer. I feel like they barely hold on, although it seems pretty sturdy.
Did not fit my toliet
I bought one for my husband and then two more for my mom. They really help.

It doesn’t fit my daughter‘s name the arm rail stick out too far forward. I wish there was a way to retract them or lift them up out of the way on one side. I need to return it. I’ve already contacted you, but no one has responded so I will call again on Monday.

Unfortunately the toilet seat did not fit the toilet my mom has. Pelegon's customer service was very responsive and kind. They responded quickly to emails. We were able to return it. But they were having storage issues in their warehouse, so instead of having to send it back, they just issued a full refund!! It was very generous of them! Very easy and honest company to work for.

Parts were well marked and it was easy to assemble. It seems sturdy. Only complaint is that the front feet do not stay seated on the toilet rim. Perhaps the bracket needs to be longer?
